As a facilitator, speaker and writer, Nigel creates spaces that prompt discovery. His purpose is to enable people to lead their lives with more grace and flow.

Nigel co-founded Extraordinary Leadership with Jefferson Cann, co-developing a universal leadership framework. His titles include The Successful Executive, Recipes for Happiness, Why You Are Here – Briefly, and is co-author of An Introduction to 3-Dimensional Leadership. Some of his reflections appear in the International Leadership Association’s 2012 annual publication, Leading in Complex Worlds.

Nigel has worked in a dozen countries in four continents on World Bank and UK Government funded projects, he has set up and run businesses, and co-founded pressure groups and charities including WellBoring, which provides sustainable water solutions for African communities. He has run for Parliament and had a first successful career in marketing communications.

Jefferson’s primary aim in coaching, facilitating and speaking is the development of high-performance leadership behaviours, enabling the fulfilment of the individual, their teams and their companies through whole being, 3 Dimensional Leadership.

Since 2003, following a successful, senior, international, 23–year career in pharmaceuticals, he has been delivering Leadership Performance Coaching at board level and below across all sectors and has developed high‐level expertise in personal, team and cultural leadership development.

Jefferson believes that professional and personal fulfilment in today’s world requires the integration of the individual’s mental, emotional, spiritual and physical dimensions. This he achieves within the framework of the 3 Dimensional Leadership and ACT models he has co-developed with Nigel Linacre, his co-founder of Extraordinary Leadership and co-author of "An Introduction to 3 Dimensional Leadership". Jefferson is married with two  children and three grandchildren; he lives in Sussex.
