In our highly practical programme you will discover how to lead yourself, how to lead others powerfully and respectfully, and how to lead high-performing teams. You'll discover keys to balancing yourself, developing effective work relationships, and how leaders inspire others to follow.
We'll explore purpose and values, being in the zone and handling fear and tension. You'll start to work with Emotional Intelligence, coaching and resolving conflict.
More important than learning about leadership, you will discover how you can lead. You will have lots of opportunity to practise; there'll be some space for reflective thinking about what's important; and you'll work in pairs and small groups that keep rotating, with the chance to develop lasting friendships.
